Dementia Care Training and Campaigning

At See Change we are passionate about improving the quality of care and quality of life for people with dementia. With years of experience in training, care provision, and management, we are able to provide a service that will help you to make a real difference to the lives of the people you care for. As well as providing Training and Consultancy we also campaign actively to promote understanding and compassion in dementia care. We have pioneered community workshops, organised public meetings, and initiated training for a variety of different professions. We have also been proactive in gaining both local and national publicity to raise awareness on a range of issues associated with dementia.

We conduct independent qualitative audits of care and then work with managers and owners, staff at all levels, families, and people with dementia themselves, to help develop and improve services.

All our work and training, involves helping people to develop their understanding of what being person-centred really means.

At See Change we believe that training has to be thought-provoking, challenging, and fun if it is to have an impact on participants and bring about real changes in the lives of those who give and receive care.

Our key philosophy:
“People with dementia need us to care from the heart. The ultimate test of training is that it improves the lives of the people being cared for. Anything less is not acceptable.”

We are passionate about the quality of our training and consultancy. The following quote is testimony to this:
“Thank you so much for the course last week. The course re-ignited my passion. I left feeling excited, inspired, motivated and with the fire aflame in my belly once more. There is a long way to go and irrefutable challenges ahead but I am upbeat and raring to go!” Registered Manager, Cheshire, Leadership course participant.
